Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, I found the hotel's location to be absolutely perfect for visiting Kruger National Park. The rooms were incredibly spacious and so lovely, but unfortunately, my single bed was quite old. The service was top-notch with welcome drinks and pet amenities available. The dining experience was divine, truly delicious, although slightly overpriced. The facilities were fantastic with a wide range of amenities to enjoy.
The hotel offers a quiet stay with a view of the park, although a funny smell lingers in the rooms. The TV not working was a downside, but overall, it was an okay experience.
The hotel's location is perfect for safari adventures and visits to the elephants whisperer. The rooms, while nicely appointed and clean, were quite standard. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the location is beautiful, close to the Kruger National Park. The dining experience, although with limited options, was good.
The hotel is ideally located for safari adventures and visits to the elephants whisperer, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. While the rooms were in need of a serious revamp and lacked basic amenities like water and cellphone reception compounded by the absence of Wi-Fi, the dining experience was truly delightful.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were nicely appointed and scrupulously clean, offering many amenities for comfort. However, I faced issues with non-functional lights and a TV that never worked, which was a downside. The surrounding area was beautiful, contributing to a peaceful ambiance.
Our stay at the hotel was lovely! The rooms, especially our upgraded one, felt just like a home away from home. However, there was a funny smell in the rooms, which was a bit off-putting. The location was perfect for our safari adventures near Kruger National Park, but it seems like they could invest more in the property.
The hotel was lovely and very comfortable, but the rooms in both 236 and 237 need updating. The entertainment and air conditioning could be better.
I booked our stay almost 6 hours back at this hotel, and while the rooms had roaches and the pool could be cleaner, it definitely didn't feel like a 4-star hotel. However, the rooms are perfect for families, as per the Disaster Management Act.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and made me feel at home, although they could use some updating and better entertainment options. The air conditioning also could have been more effective. The service was okay, but I experienced an issue with the TV not working as expected. The location was not exactly what I was expecting as it felt a bit worn out, but it was still decent. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with some dishes not meeting expectations. The facilities were satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
